| All orders are emailed within a few hours, usually within a few minutes. If for some reason I cannot get the designs to you, I will put them on a CD and send them. Please make sure you can accept attachments from me and that I am on your senders list and that your box is not full, and be sure to check your spam and junk mail. | Anyone joining the clubs please make sure you don't already have a membership. You can do this by going to your paypal account and doing a search for Snagger's Stitches. I don't always get the info in my database until evening and even then it will not pick up a duplicate because of the different date. The designs are on a MEMBERS ONLY PAGE, that will require you to put in a user name and password that I will supply. When you join, PLEASE READ AND KEEP the email I send back to you. If you do what the email says, you will get all the information you need to get your designs right away. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PASSWORDS, OR DOWNLOADING THE DESIGNS. THIS IS UP TO YOU. |
